Tonya Schmitt decided to spread some holiday spirit by offering something a little unusual in this commercialized holiday season – a free gift for people to give themselves: a yoga class. Schmitt, a YogaFit Level 3 certified instructor, will hold a gentle yoga class suitable for all levels from the novice to the experienced from 5:30-6:30 p.m. this coming Monday, Dec 14 at Color Crossing in Roberts (a block off Main Street just north of the railroad tracks).
