FREE Yoga in the Park

Whether you've never tried yoga, or are an experienced yogi, please come receive my gift of yoga in a natural setting. On July 20th and 27th, from 6-7pm, I will hold FREE Yoga in the Warren Town Hall Park. What a beautiful way to spend a summer evening!
As always, I will offer options throughout the class for you to adjust the practice to your personal needs. For those who have never tried yoga, this is the perfect way to try it! (Please do ask questions.) No cost and a lovely outdoor setting, what could be better?!
I also extend the invitation to stay after and put your peaceful mind to a little community service. Those who wish may join me in picking up litter in the park. A little "Karma Yoga" goes a long way! No time? That's OK. No pressure. It's just an invitation.
