Mindful Journey Classes
This inner journey involves a combination of stress-relieving and energy work, such as: breathwork, guided imagery, story, Reiki and chakra balancing.  In a small group setting, areas such as the healing power of inner peace, self-acceptance and spiritual connection are explored and made tangible.  Individual sessions may also be possible.
